Submit a service requestVehicle Title Transfers & Problem Plates
Title transfer errors, lien release problems, and vanity plate issues can often be resolved faster through legislative intervention when the normal MVA process has stalled. Tell us what's happening.

Submit a service requestVeterans Mental Health & Crisis Support
If you or a veteran you know is in crisis, call or text 988, then press 1. For non-emergency mental health support and treatment access issues, the delegate's office can help connect you to state and federal resources.

Submit a service requestUnresponsive State Agencies
If you've called, emailed, and waited — and a state agency still hasn't responded to your case — a contact from the delegate's office often moves things that have been sitting for weeks. That is literally what this office exists to do.
Submit a service requestProfessional Licensing Issues
If your state professional license application has stalled — nursing, contracting, teaching, cosmetology, or any Maryland-regulated profession — the delegate's office can contact the relevant licensing board directly.
Submit a service requestMedicaid & Maryland Health Connection

Submit a service requestNot sure where your issue fits?
Fill out a service request with as much detail as you can — what agency is involved, how long it's been going on, and what you've already tried. The office will review it and reach out within 2 business days. If it's something the delegate's office can help with, we will. If it's outside our jurisdiction, we'll point you to the right place.
Submit a service requestHow the office handles your request
Most constituent cases are resolved within 5–10 business days. Complex cases may take longer, but you will always hear back.
Fill out the request form with your name, contact info, and a description of the issue. The more detail, the faster we can move.
A staff member reviews your case within 2 business days and may follow up with questions before contacting the relevant agency.
The office contacts the agency directly on your behalf. A call or letter from a delegate's office gets a different response than an individual call.
We keep you updated on progress and do not consider the case closed until you have an actual resolution or a clear path to one.
Tell us what's happening
The delegate's office handles constituent cases across the full range of Maryland state agencies. You do not need to know exactly who to contact or what to say — that is our job.
If you have already contacted the agency directly and hit a wall, tell us that too. It helps us frame the request and escalate appropriately.
